Well-Being Pelvic PT has been an incredible and integral piece of my health care team. Everyone at Well-Being is welcoming and kind, but I was blessed with Katelyn Peach. She is an incredible physical therapist and makes it a very comfortable experience. I cannot say enough good things about Valerie and the practice! I've been going a couple times a month for over a year after having endometriosis excision. She has helped TREMENDOUSLY! I do all the things - diet, proper exercise, acupuncture, hyperbaric, ozone IV - but going to pelvic floor PT here always seems to have one of the biggest impacts on lowering my pain levels, retraining my GI and pelvic floor to work properly, and relaxing my nervous system. Valerie and Kendall were the best! I had severe muscle spasms and couldn’t walk after snowboarding for 9 days straight. Absolutely crippling pain for 48 hours. Valerie did some deep stretching initially which helped but didn’t completely get rid of the pain. She recommended I try dry needling, I was a little skeptical at first but trusted Valerie and Kendall. After about an hour and 5 needles I was able to get up off the bed myself and stand up straight. I would highly recommend Well Being Physical Therapy. Valerie is very knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate about helping men overcome issues with pelvic floor issues. I have seen great results with reducing my prostititus symptoms
