Ronda is very professional. quick and a pleasure to deal with.
Just bad service. Paying a lot of money never being given reports, get vauge answers to questions, being told I need to know her job, was told books are a mess and never was given help in fixing them. The list is long in what I am not happy about customer service is horrible. Ledgers Orillia might be good for small house hold taxes but do not use her for business. Very poor communication. Just horrible all around.
