Horrible company. If you want to get nothing done and only getting furious, place an order with them. Three months of futile waiting with me trying to contact them multiple times about an update and never received follow up updates they promised. Once they even told me the item has arrived in their warehouse and will arrive at my place within a week. Next week they said it's not even in the country. 12 months after I ordered chairs from WeLivv ,I still have no furniture and no refund.Repeated attempts to contact them by email or phone are mostly met by silence.Avoid this company , don’t be fooled by their website or empty promises -they will take your money and run
I purchased a rug online a couple weeks ago now. I got a confirmation email and everything but then a few days passed and the money was refunded and the item on the website changed to no longer in stock. I never received any confirmation saying my order is canceled or just simply telling me the item is out of stock.
