The price and the Internet, very good very affordable, but when I have a issue either customer service or technical support to call them good luck no one ever answer the call. I call like many time. Finally I’m lucky. I got one person name Jose. In technical support answer the call.

Since meeting the salesman Sergio at my door and spending some time speaking to him about this service, I realized how respectful and professional he was in answering all my questions. I then had the pleasure of meeting Joe my service tech, to do my install. Again great professionalism and respectful. Lastly I spoke on the phone with a IT-Tech person. I received Top notch service across the board.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! I signed up for service in 2019 based upon the promise that my bill would be cut in half after 60 months. After paying a higher rate for 40 months, I started having problems with their service. Instead of fixing the problem, they simply terminated my service, months before my bill was to be cut in half. WeLink chose to terminate my service instead of fixing the problem.
