Had never been late but 1 time in 5 years and they gave me a run around for being 2 weeks late during Christmas, I called the day before it was late and told them and 3 days later they call me n want to know why I'm late and I informed the girl that I had called and told them that I would be in in 2 weeks and she said that's not except able and I said I didn't see what the problem is because I had never been late.
