Never doing business with them again. They have done business with me for years now and I recently paid them off. Well I got in a bind and needed some money and they turned me down for the 1st time. We'll I hope yall go out of business. Yall are outdated and just a terrible company that no one should borrow from or support.

I was one day late and called everyone on my list I won't get a loan from them I told them that I always pay but sometimes I am in Maryland and cant pay over the phone u have to come in and pay need to update system so we can pay instead of always coming in and paying...

This place is not it. They didn’t seem to care at all, I was patient for nearly two weeks I kept calling for an update an it seemed I could never get a hold of anyone. Finally I called and got a hold of someone she told me I wasn’t approved for whatever reason which is fine, but I didn’t just apply for a loan for the hell of it that’s why I couldn’t help but to say “yea that would’ve been nice to know” and hung up. I now have a personal loan else where so not sure what their deal was but they are terrible with communication.

Welcome finance is the worst finance company in town. They start calling their customers the day their payment comes due. Stay far away from this company they make fun of their customers and call them derogatory names!!

They are always nice and helpful. Never had a problem. Friendly atmosphere!
