I had a La-Z-Boy recliner that unfortunately had a broken base. La-Z-Boy guarantees their parts, and Whelchel had an extra base. They came immediately. My base was replaced by the next day. I’m always quite pleased with Welchel
I bought a Lazy Boy recliner from here on 1/26/24. Paid $1069.99. It broke back in August 2025. I have been trying to get it repaired since then. The repair guy finally got back out here again,this time with the correct part . Today is 4/25/26. I will never buy another Lazy boy again nor will I ever buy from Welchel Furniture again. I guess if you fit into their personal click you may get better service. A 15 minute repair and had to pay the guy $65. Never again. They came very close to a law suit.

Bought a Lazy-Boy recliner. Great chair, decent price. Delivery guys were great. I didn't feel over-welcome while in store. Sales guy seemed uninterested
