I had not missed a payment with this bank until September when my mother passed away. Now they are foreclosing on my house and refusing to let me make all the payments up except 234.00. It is their right to refuse, but they should want a happy customer but they would rather have a unhappy customer who will fight them in court. Everyone at the south coffeyvile branch is very friendly. It was an absolutely pleasant experience.
Do not get a loan from them, Kristen will casually threaten to take your car when you ask questions and James the "president" will do absolutely nothing to correct the rude behavior of the staff, I will be getting a new bank asap.
South coffeyville branch has done us very well. I have dealt with a mortgage, vehicle loans, farm loans, checking and savings accounts. Awesome bank! Kristen is the best loan officer I've ever had the pleasure working with.
This Bank in Southcoffeyville has fantastic employees who treat you like a human person not just a number. The staff are polite and courteous and pleasant to deal with. Best bank I have ever been customer of.
