Dominic was Fantastic in getting my child's DUI downgraded. He kept us informed and was always available. He did a great job postponing a court date so we could get our paperwork together. He fulfilled our expectations and then some.

Welch Law Firm handled my second DUI and got it completely dismissed after holding an evidence suppression hearing! It was obvious that Mr. Welch is well known in Sacramento as a fair but aggressive DUI trial attorney. He filed an evidence suppression motion to get illegally obtained evidence in my case thrown out but was still able to maintain a good relationship with the District Attorney. Dominick Welch is an amazing Attorney and human being.
