Really disappointing experience here. The staff made the ambiance awkward from the moment we walked in. It got to the point where we were waiting so long to be helped, another customer actually had to step in and ask the cashier to ring out my significant other. Judging by other reviews mentioning the same kind of attitude, this doesn’t seem like a one-off issue. It might be time to invest in some customer service training. I went yesterday and did not have a good experience. Please everyone just be kind and no one is above anyone else.
Long over due on this review but PHENOMENAL goods and even better customer service… the owner called me the day after I placed an order to ask permission to cancel the delivery and refund me the shipping fee so she could deliver it herself because she lived nearby.
Lady with hat was rude, a customer. Half the things made in India in your store. But this is how the people treat us. Acting above it all. You can identify her because if you saw that rude interaction id have expected better clientele from this store
