Seems like Weiss furniture likes to lie to it's customers. I wanted a coffee table and side chair tables that Nancy said they carried but it would take three weeks to get it to the store. After 4 weeks I called and was told rudely that it takes six weeks and they would call me when it arrived. Well, it is now seven weeks and they don't have my tables and have no idea when they are coming in. They now refer to it as a "special order" that takes 8-10 weeks. DON"T BUY ANYTHING AT WEISS FURNITURE!!!!!!
My wife and I purchase a coach, love seat & recliner this summer from Weiss. We wanted a fabric which had to be ordered. My wife was uncertain how the fabric would look in our home. Amanda assured us we could return within 90 days if we wanted to make an exchange. We liked the fabric however we thought we bought too much furniture for our living room.
