Smooth but expensive con man. He seriously harmed me and my family and got away with keeping over $12,000, and my case is still going. He is adept at protecting himself whilst whittling down your funds. I pray he stops feathering his nest, at the expense of giving someone the legal counsel everyone deserves. I am disabled and he didn't even assist me with being able to participate in my hearings. Cruel and traumatizing experience.
They provide unprofessional service and would rather be reactive to a case than proactive. They can complicate and mess up your case. Very Disappointing and all they care about is billing money and poor work.
RecommendedI have now had the professional representation by Weisberg and Weisberg on two occasions and prevailed as a winner on both. We like winning. Most recently, I was involved in a hit and roll over auto accident in which the officer charged me, Noah represented me and pointed out to the judge that the officer was incorrect and the law was misinterpreted. The case was dismissed and I was not charged. And to top it all off, the officer actually apologized to me for issuing the citation to me.
I had a complex defamation case against an individual who was posting false information about me on social media. I retained the services of Weisberg & Weisberg and took my case to trial. I won my suit and was awarded a substantial judgement. I couldn't have asked for better representation!
