I was happy shopping at Weis Markets. Employees consistently go out of their way for me when needed and answer questions I may have. However, I had a problem getting a register clerk to bag groceries as she stepped away from the register after I asked her FOUR times to double tie bags and threw her arms out declaring " not for me..! " I went to manager and questioned this and someone came back to register with paid groceries just sitting there. We bagged the groceries while the clerk just stood there. UPDATE: As can be seen by Weis' response, they LITERALLY don't offer assistance to their customers at all. My review CLEARLY states I've called in and spoken to their customer service support lead - and they ask me to call in again. Canned replies show one thing - the business DOES NOT CARE about their customers. --- Weis has the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Weis has the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their pharmacy is a nightmare to deal with as their app and website never work properly. Calling the support number results in a voice mailbox that nobody appears to monitor or respond to. If you go to general customer service, you end up with rude representatives - including their "support lead" - who speak to you in a condescending manner and refuse to assist at all. They need new employees and managers in the seafood department, due the fact poor customer service, poor quality of seafood, and there's no one there for service. Jan. 22, 2026 Carney location - Harford and Joppa Rd. I’m in my 50’s. I was with my adult son who has autism and is nonverbal. I was purchasing otc medicine for my other 2 children at home, who are really sick. I stood in line for 15-20 minutes due to store being crowded because of snow forecast.
