I had to call and cancel because my son was sent to the ER but Rachel offered to hold the order so I wouldn't have to shop in person or re-order online. I called the following day to tell Rachel what time I would be there but she left for the day. The person I spoke with was aware of the situation and instantly asked how my son was.
