Terrible response to a disappointing product. Dining table had an inconsistent finish that was not consistent with the store display. Chair upholstery had a snag and one chair leg finished differently than the others. Weir's wants me to return the product at my expense. I guess they think I am their employee. Very disappointed with them. I wouldn't buy from them again.
Love Weirs in Plano. My family and I have shopped there many times over the years. We always work with Mary Sutherland. She is very professional and goes out of her way to help us from point of sale through delivery . We have greatly appreciated her design skills and the time she takes to help put an entire room or rooms together.
Terrible customer service! Picked up a bed and dresser due to the time it took to deliver. Got the dresser out of the box at home and it was damaged on the top and also had a broken drawer. Was told I had to bring it back to the store, so I got neighbors to help me load it and take it back to Weir's. Once there, I was told I did not have to bring it back to the store and that they would have brought another one.
