Not professional at all, they don't care if you lose your flight so be aware.

This company should be shut down and licensing revoked. Dispatchers are extremely rude and nasty people. The few rides I did manage to get, the drivers were drunk and/or high. Vehicles are not fit to even be on public streets, let alone be transporting people. Late by several hours if they show at all. Cancel rides without telling customer.

This operation dispatcher gives you the impression your annoying and disturbing his day. I called at 8:45 a.m. on a Wednesday or Thursday and they said we're not taking any more calls today? The operation seems like a mess for many reasons I won't go into, bottom line don't do it.
