Run away, do not walk. Unfortunately, our experience was consistently frustrating. Communication was slow and often required repeated follow-ups, and important deadlines were handled at the last minute, creating unnecessary stress. Taxes are literally due the same day every year - how is this a surprise?! We also encountered multiple errors that required correction. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and attention to detail made this a difficult working relationship.
