I hired Weinkam & Weinkam to handle the estate of my sister. I am the personal representative of the estate. Lou Weinkam was less than transparent and less than truthful throughout our dealings. Although I am the Personal Representative, W&W has refused to send me copies of dispersement letters to beneficiaries. I believe this is because Lou Weinkam failed to get a consent form signed by a beneficiary in order to circumvent my sisters will.
