This isn't a review, it's a warning: Quite Possibly the Worst, "Business" in the Area. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are the birthplace of my anxiety and because of them we will be moving away from the neighborhood I've lived in for 30 years. I first rented with Weiner in 2019. Been renting with them for 3 or some years, on my 4th now. They are nice and very understanding, always get back to me as soon as possible. I rarely review places, but since I’m starting another year with them thought might as well. Very respectable rental place! Never had any issues!
The Weiner Companies has always been great to me. I've rented 2 different units from them. Maintenance was quick. The units were in good shape. The office staff was receptive. It really felt like an extended family! I highly recommend!
Very unorganized. Not sure what's goin on in there, but any time something had gone wrong, or there were documents to sign, things quickly fell apart and I found myself having to make multiple calls, stop in to the office, or try to respond to emails that never seemed to reach a real person. The general vibe on the inside is confusion and deflection as it was rare that anyone had straight answers without having to consult somebody that wasn't available at the time. Applied to rent a house, submitted a screenshot instead of a PDF and the entire application was rejected. Called their line and they want to charge me another $35 to submit one PDF. Do not rent with this company. Their supervisor on the phone was incredibly rude and mouthy and should not be responsible for taking customer complaints. Charging $35 dollars for a CHANCE at getting a house is the most predatory and sly business practice I’ve ever heard of. Landlords are parasites.
