Very disgusted with Luke's behavior. I've been using his services for 5 years and had no issues. I scheduled an appointment with him and the day before the appointment his receptionist calls me and says we have to cancel the appointment and I need to schedule with someone else. Luke is "too busy" is what she claimed. You don't pawn your faithful clients on someone else and not even have the decency to tell them yourself.
