Stay away from Michael Weiman of Weiman Silberman at all cost. He didn’t even show up for my trial which caused me to lose everything I had. When Judge Rivera asked Michael Weiman’s assistant why Mr. Weiman wasn't at trial, he said, “He's with another client.” In my Judgment for Dissolution of Marriage, Judge Rivera wrote, “Moreover, co-counsel informed the court that DAVID’s counsel also had another matter to attend to elsewhere.” The judge was so upset with Mr. Weiman that she started the trial without him being present.
