Rude staff who are not organized. A complete waste of time.
From the moment I called to schedule my first appt the admin staff was a bit short with me and not so friendly. In person similar experience very unfriendly, no eye contact etc but my evaluation was great actually. Then I went for a couple visits with the actual floor staff and the low energy and lack of quality treatment or care was quickly evident. I have been coming to Stars Rehabilitation for two years.Dr. Podhorodecki, Billy, Sandra, Linda, Chris, Andrea, Jocelyn, Anna, Loleene, Renata, and Minerva are one of the best staffs anywhere in the city. The have all given me five star service over this time. They are personal and extraordinarily professional and each individual brings there own unique style to this essential profession. I highly recommend them to any athlete or regular folks who are in need of a great rehabilitation experience.
Don't go there, horrible place , very nasty secretary, very rude and unprofessional......
The place is clean the people are helpful polite knowledgeable and hard-working you can't find a better place to rehab
