The entire front desk staff here is disgusting. Amelia in pediatrics is so rude and nasty! it doesn't make any sense on how long this has been happening in this office. Worst place to visit if you need care. no one deserves to be met with a group of miserable women sitting at the front desk hating their life and projecting that onto everyone that walks in or calls the office.

I saw Dr. Gregory Shank and thought he gave me a lengthy consult. I had jaw surgery in 2024 and my pain never went away despite my doctors telling me I was fine so I left them to go to Weill Cornell for another opinion. I told him I supected that a very large mandibular torus was responsible for my pain which was becoming worse. Worse by the day. My torus got significantly bigger after jaw surgery. I want to be very clear: Dr. Farag is an outstanding doctor—professional, compassionate, and truly excellent at what she does. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the administrative and coordination side of this office. I called one month in advance to make sure my billing and insurance information were correct and that my procedure medication would be handled properly.
