I had a Botox procedure with Dr. Paterina Parker on July 24. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. I waited for the doctor for over 1.5 hours, and when the procedure began, there were four other people present in the room without my consent some where students, which made me extremely uncomfortable. During the injections, there was significant bleeding, and large bumps (papules) immediately appeared on my face. I went to the information desk, and no one knew where the burn center was. This made me late to my appointment. And the receptionist was on the phone with someone from her child’s school, so she was too busy to deal with me. I’ll never go back. I would have given them one star, but the doctor was actually helpful.
