My father passed away a little over a year ago there at cornel. the nurses are horrible! I wish I had never sent him there. The nurses ether they are sleeping in the cut and come with attitude whenever they have to get up and work. The food would be delivered to my father cold, the bathroom service was what left a scar in my brain and emotionally. As a doctor of 40 years, I flew to NY to be reevaluated What a great experience! Everyone was friendly,professional, competent, and efficient. MRI dept and surgeon's office went out of their way to accommodate me as an out-of-town patient. Workup came in favorable. Highly recommended.

The pediatric specialist I’d been referred to is a knowledgable and skilled physician, in addition to being a friendly individual. Even when we’d arrived late, we were still available to keep our appointment. His staff and colleagues are top notch as well. The pharmacy processed our prescriptions in a timely manner and included a dosage syringe (a lot of times CVS is remiss in this regard). Security in the lobby that screens visitors could be more efficient. Thankfully, the circular drive is not chock full of vehicles.

An amazing place that brings people together. Theory meets practice and scientific thought here, and a whole group of friendly and helpful people. I'm still impressed.
