Absolutely awful experience. Do not waste your money, extremely rude and unprofessional.
I would be shocked if there weren't multiple grievances filed against this attorney after the way they treat clients. You will never know what you're being billed because they refuse to provide statements when asked. No work toward justice for their clients just dismissive and condescending remarks and scoffs over what would be legitimate concerns and issues. The attorney who referred this firm has been informed and will not be providing further referrals.
I would probably only suggest this place to someone I don't like. Staff were not accommodating and unprofessional, we were charged quite a bit for a phone call that had no relation to what were working with them for.
