Until today, as a repeat customer of this business, I would have recommended them to anyone. However, when I arranged for a recliner to be picked up because it was not done satisfactorily, Ray and his assistant stormed out of my home before I could even finish explaining the problems. I never experienced such rudeness and lack of professionalism. After paying $1000 for a chair to be reupholstered, I am now stuck with a very uncomfortable recliner that didn't even get new padding in the seat area, and a back that does not mat... read more
Ray and his staff were great to me and made me feel comfortable bringing my valuable antiques into his shop. I was amazed by the quality of his work. I would recommend him to anyone.
