i must say i enjoyed this visit! dr. hall, alma and jillian was awesome i felt so safe and comfortable. hands down the best team ever, i came in with chest pains and they made us feel so welcomed and made sure i knew i was going to be okay! thank you all for your professionalism and expert skills!❣️‼️
Unprofessional Pediatrics or EMTs. I already filed a complaint against to the staff that has been taking care of me. I had burns & bruises from a car accident. When the EMT came she told me , I was over exaggerating & didn’t believe that my burns were that bad. What do you mean ??? I got burns from the fire of the accident !. Also, I couldnt move my arms due to the burns & the EMT just didn’t care. After taking me to the hospital, the EMT was making jokes of the situation I was in. Absolute worst place to seek medical help. Rude and unprofessional staff. Said they needed him to pay before even getting testing even though he has insurance. They took advantage while he wasn’t cognitively aware. He waiting till the next day and didn’t get the results even though the ER was empty. Complete careless staff especially for an ER coming in with an emergency by ambulance. No Dr. ever came they just had him sit for hours and hours waiting, anytime he asked any question they just had attitude. Don’t go here!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism I witnessed during a recent visit to Memorial Hermann Hospital located at Highway 99 and the Katy Freeway. I was visiting a friend who was a patient. Approximately 10 minutes after I arrived, a nurse came in to check his vital signs. During that interaction, my friend clearly stated that he was experiencing severe pain. The nurse told him she would return with pain medication, but after nearly 20 minutes, she had not come back.
