The absolute rudest doctors office I have ever encountered in my life. I was on the phone for 17minutes, just to get hung up on. I called this doctors office because I needed a form filled out, when I requested this he asked me "why do I need to fill it out? I need to fill it out just because you ask for it, no," followed by the call being disconnected.
