So far I have lost 50lbs doing weight watchers. Still on my way to goal! Kay is a wonderful teacher. She leads the meetings on Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings. Also, the administrative staff is very friendly.
I am absolutely thrilled with my 8am Saturday meeting. Kay is a fabulous leader. She has a wonderful sense of humor and guides the session with grace and poise. The other members that come on Saturday are a diverse group and are warmly supportive of each other. I feel lucky to be a part of this great group!
