I Love WW as a program. In Philadelphia, it's a separate franchise, and I've had numerous issues over the years. The leaders in Philly are lovely, but the disconnect between what WW does and what the franchise does is frustrating. Promos don't apply, weight tracking doesn't transfer and there's a disconnect between my digital account and the franchise account.
