NOT my experience. never been BUT, my Sister Alana has been in Weight Watchers for Y E A R S! Would lose weight/gain weight. But she stuck to it through all the changes. Finally, she quit. Was getting no positive reinforcement, was ignored, and let down be Weight Watcher "Leaders" My Sister became so frustrated that she would almost cry upon coming from a meeting where NO ONE spoke, NO ONE encouraged.
