When I finally decided to join weight watches, I chose this location because it was closest to work (about a 20 minute drive). I went on line and saw there store hours of 9:00 am. - 1:30 p.m. for Monday. I tried calling but there is no local number listed, so I had to call the 800 number. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up and got in my car and drove over (11:00 a.m.). The sign on the door said "Be back at 12. I have been coming here for a year now and really like this location- the leaders are very energecti, positive, funny and supportive. I believe in this program- if you use it correctly. It is for weight management overall, not just weight loss. I have learned alot about my body and nutrition by attending meetings, and going often keeps me accountable. I highly recommend you give it a try- you don't have to commit just to check it out!
