I really like the new format of the program. I am really enjoying the sessions led by the "wellness coach" Anita.
Anita is the best! This is a great program that all can do.
The WW meeting at 10:00 am on Tuesday mornings ROCKS!! Anita and her awesome team Carolyn and Amanda are the kindest, compassionate, caring and inspirational women I have ever met. I reached my goal yesterday and they inspired me along the way. I was ill last year for three weeks and had a few set backs along the way but I kept coming back because they made it so worth coming to and kept cheering me on. I get up early and drive from the Westside every Saturday for this meeting. Love the leader, Ms. Anita, and the check in staff. Well worth getting up early and the drive to the town center.
Started going to the mtgs yesterday. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Anita was super sweet and encouraging.
