RecommendedThere's no better way to lose weight than with Weight Watchers. It's not a diet, it's a way of life. You choose what to eat, when you want to eat it along with the guidelines and knowledge that is provided to you. For me attending the meetings it the way to go for accountability, friendship and knowing everyone is experiencing the same issues and goals. I love Friday mornings for the best group of ladies and wonderful instructor.
