I had a disappointing experience with this program and cannot recommend it. I was charged an upfront $49 enrollment fee, which I paid with the understanding that the intake and onboarding process would begin promptly. However, the intake process was delayed I assume until the payment fully cleared, creating unnecessary wait time before any meaningful interaction or service began.
