RecommendedIf you follow the plan it works. I love Lynn Kapron Gotsis meetings, we do a lot of laughing and learning.
It was packed getting weighed in and only got to be in the meeting for 5 minutes
I'd give our Leaders, staff and my fellow members 10 stars - IF I was able to do so!!!
I like our coach, she's very encouraging. Everyone is REAL with their struggles and we celebrate successes.
