The program is awesome it teaches you to eat in moderation. The tools that they provide help you in the long run for a healthy lifestyle. The leaders are awesome too They give you the encouragement that you need.

Amazing how this new program works - been a lifetime member for years who always seems to need to go back. I have lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks and not really hungry. Best program around
