Very friendly staff. Leader tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. I have tried to lose weight many times on my own and was unsuccessful. Weight Watchers is the only healthy weight loss program around. Don't need to buy their food. You simply buy regular food in the grocery store. You lose weight consistently over time and keep it off for the long term. The program works on the whole person not just what the scale reads. Very disappointed customer service! I try to join today and the blond lady that try to check me in was very arrogant., I'm telling her to explain why I have to pay twice the $44.95 in one month and is deducted automatic from your checking account and she's not happy that I'm asking questions or that I don't want to pay for the whole 3 months .. Wish she was insisting. Very disappointing that I couldn't join just because of her attitude and the way she talked to me. I'm sure you don't need my business. EM
