Very unprofessional. They do not return calls or act on medication renewals following the appointment. I strongly suggest looking at other alternatives.

I’m not sure if this place actually exists? I’ve left numerous messages on voice mail, no one is there to answer the phone and no one calls back. If you’re not accepting new patients then say that on your answering machine. It’s infuriating to keep leaving messages that go unanswered. Just really poor management.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had to switch meeting locations because the location I was going to moved the date and time to other days that I could not attend. When I went to a new location, they stated I could not come because I had the wrong monthly pass. I tried using the app's 24/7 chat feature and asked for a live person. the first time, I waited about 20mins before a live person came on then when I thought I was getting somewhere I didn't because the app closed itself and I couldn't get back in to the conversation. Horrible at getting back to you about your concerns and refills. I was hesitant to go here due to the reviews saying the same thing but my Dr referred me so I did as they suggested. It took 4 weeks to hear back after multiple phone calls and messages.
