Absolutely horrible experiences with the admin team. I called to reschedule an appointment and left a voicemail, never received a call back and was marked as a no show. One webinar was cancelled and I was never told. When I called to ask for the Zoom link, I was told that the facilitator was on leave and they didn't know when they would be back. It is very unfortunate when front desk professionals do not understand that their roles and attitudes are vital to the company. They are the first faces/voices you interact with when attempting to conduct business. The front desk staff were very short, very rude & uninterested in doing their jobs. They lack patience, professionalism & seeing that this is a surgery center, they delivered a tone & energy that would not make me feel safe nor cared for.
