Today I visited on June 26, appointment for ultrasound i got today is for August 8. Not happy about it.
I've been a patient of Dr. K for over 10 years, but in the past couple of years, I've had repeated billing issues. Most recently, I was charged a co-pay for an appointment on January 6, 2025—an appointment I never had, as I don’t currently live in San Antonio. I need help please! On Saturday morning the PH from HEB called me. The PH asked me to call your office for my refill on my meds. She left messages and tried for over a week to get a hold of someone . She gave up . That's why now it's up me to get my meds refilled . TY
