Deena is an absolutely amazing practitioner. She is extremely passionate and genuine about the services she provides. She listens and takes the time to customize a program that fits your needs. She helped me with menopausal weight gain. I have reached and am maintaining my health goals. I feel healthier than I have in years!
Deena is a joy to work with, her positivity and genuine compassion have helped me feel safe and heard through this process. I was suffering from dramatic weight gain after a very serious back injury, this led to a close call with diabetes and left me with very high cholesterol and fears of heart disease. I was extremely depressed after so many failed attempts to find help for my health issues, but Deena gave me renewed hope and immense support, and I have made incredible progress thanks to Deena’s ongoing care.
As a woman in her 50s who’s been told “it’s just menopause” “there’s nothing we can do” “eat less” “exercise more”, you get pretty discouraged and spiral into a depressing hole at times.
