The costumer service in Conroe area is very bad, rude and disrespectful, I call them and told them to stop charging my credit card because I had some health issues that didn’t allow me keep the treatment, even though 2 weeks later they charged my card, ($350)I called and the woman lied to me telling me that she was going to refund me the money, and 1 week later I called and she told me that they don’t refund money forced me to take the medication, I told her not, and She refused to give me the money back. Although I got to my goal weight, I started maintenance dosing and started traveling more. I made the effort to reach out to see if they’d be willing to sell me the vile. I reached out in the consumer messaging app and via phone. Lily promised to call me back. It took me following up on more than one occasion just for them to not return my call as they agreed upon. It’s not about the place it’s about the side effects I had. The nausea went on for 5 days. And the headaches were intense. I felt so tired and lifeless. Never again!
i started my journey here feb 28 , up until around july , i lost 30lbs , they were always so helpful , super throughout & quick which is what i was looking for , the girls and any other staff they had was always nice & welcoming , im gonna start my shots again soon cant wait to be back ! ived attached a before & after (before:blue shirt) (after: white shirt)
