As of this a.m. I have lost 33.3 lbs in 40 days! I am 278.8 lbs - down from 312! I really think I can get down to my goal of 200 lbs!
I am a previous participant: I spent thousands of dollars, lost some weight and gained it ALL back. I was basically starving. (600 calories per day) and found this approach expensive, drastic and unsustainable. I am much, much healthier now that I stopped the program, cut out simple carbs and increased exercise. I learned a very expensive lesson: There is no magic bullet to weight loss.
