This place is completely shut down! No notice or anything! Who does that!?
This place is no longer open.
Their staff is so unprofessional. They just hire anybody in this facility. There’s never a doctor there. On my fifth shot, it look different from the four prior. I tasted iron the whole day the bandage was yellow. The following week I went to ask questions about the shot that was inserted. *(it’s my body I have the right to ask & see what was given to me) instead of them cooperating. This place is a joke ! They have a bad reputation! They are unorganized they tried to say I owe them money for prescriptions for my last visit was 2 months ago that I took prescriptions and I didn't pay haha they are crazy I always payed up front before taking any prescriptions!! They need better staffs to know how to talk to customers right ! After 30 minutes of leaving this review they decided to call me and tell me they found my receipt and they made a mistake too late you already lost my business ..
I can say this, I tried this program some years ago with the SD. Office. And for some reason it was not working that well and I was unable to sleep, I never saw a doctor there, only nurses, who gave out the shots & the meds. I decided to try again in Chula Vista, and let me tell you, this time it was GREAT!!! I saw the doctor who explained everything, provided a diet plan, provided a different medication plan due to my previous issues with it, and it has worked great, 4 weeks so far, lost almost 10 lbs and I'm ashamed to say... read more
