Perhaps this is a good service for people who want to lose weight but it's definitely a waste of time and money for mental health or insomnia. I tried to be open-minded for several months but it become apparent after a period of time that Ifeoma isn't thorough nor does she pay attention to what you tell her. At one point, I needed a reasonable accommodation for work for my insomnia so I gave her my notes.
