It's always a great experience,but I struggle with food variety. Not being able to eat the same thing twice a day or next . There still isn't a lot of food options for this problem. I do get results that's why I keep doing the program. Coach Jeanne is wonderful. All the coaches are very nice and supportive. I would recommend this program to anyone who trying to loose weight and just be healthier. I'm a returning customer until I reach my goal.
WLD is an excellent for weight loss.
Excellent for weight loss there are no gimmicks.
I just love this program. It teaches portion sizes, foods that are not processed. I never felt hungry and would encourage all to try.
