I really love the body composition data provided daily through the app paired to the scale. It’s a wonderful tool to monitor all aspects of my health and see improvements daily. I am a woman in my 50’s and have experienced incremental weight gains over the past 3 years. No diet has worked and I have tried a lot of them.
