Update: it's now been about 3 weeks, and this clinic has yet to refill one of my hormone replacements, despite my calls to both clinic & pharmacy. Pharmacist has sent several reminders to them. It's apparent that this place cares more about profit, NOT women's health. So unorganized. They forget to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy, and/or they send them to the wrong pharmacy. I am writing this review with an extremely heavy heart and tears in my eyes. I have been a patient of Neighborhood Wellness in New Braunfels for the past two to three years, and unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this practice to anyone seeking GLP-1 medications, testosterone therapy, weight-loss support, or any other medical care. Had to reschedule after my blood work was already done. Front desk wanted to charge $40 to reschedule plus another 2 months. Iv been on trt for over 20yrs I had cancer check up and I wanted those results. I asked if I could acquire my test results seeing how it was gonna be another two months before they could see me.
