My wife had a rapid COVID test at a pop-up clinic run by Dr. Petre. The test results for another patient were e mailed to her, so we have no idea what the results were. There is no way to phone her of the pop-up site. I sent an email message to the test site explaining the situation, but there has been no response. We went here for COVID testing and it is nearly impossible to get the PCR results. First, they will input your DOB incorrectly so that Quest cannot even give you the results. There is also no phone contact and only email contact, and the people who email are not capable enough to help. Truly the worst place to get testing, would not recommend, we had to redo our test at CityMD nearby.
Knowledgable staff, gorgeous office, effective program with wonderful results!
