Our daughter greatly benefited from the instruction and guidance provided by Camp Shane Texas staff. Prior to attending camp she was not sure she was capable of losing weight. After camp her weight is down slightly, and with the dietary advice she acquired at Camp Shane Texas her weight continues to be on a downward trajectory. She is more confident and happy with this newfound knowledge and results.
What a great experience! The nutrition classes taught our camper so much, the exercise regimen was challenging, and the weight loss was a confidence booster! So far our camper has kept the weight off, and we are working hard to help him continue to do so.
